I think Gunn could be a success

We've had supposed football managers in the past who have failed, is there really a huge amount of skill in being a manager? I still think its very much hit and miss. There's certainly no guarantee of success depending on who you appoint, just see Ramos at Spurs etc etc. We'll see.
