There's some swamp beast where Mrs AB works that leaves stools on the seat

and has been known to smear it up the wall of the cubicle.

Who would do that? Who would smear s**t up a toilet wall? More than once too. I reckon it's someone mentally ill: lots of mentals have poo issues.
