The only thing that can improve as far as I can see is your anger that people blame Roeder. You're just going to have to accept the majority of Norwich fans didn't like him, didn't rate him and it ultimately didn't work out. Fine, Gunn took over and didn't improve things for us to stay up. So he takes blame. Didn't he take the blame himself anyway?

Moving on and accepting the situation, what does this involve?

What does growing a pair mean? He made a pretty bold team selection for that Charlton match, was that not growing a pair (Even if it went wrong?)
