Send a copy of the email(s) to abuse@hotmail.com

All they'll do is suspend the close account at best though and the return address is probably faked anyway. Or you can take a look at the full headers (there'll be an option somewhere in your email client - if it's Outlook it's not obvious where that is though) to see if you can trace it back to source. Otherwise your only recourse is to the police if you want it traced properly (they have an internet crime division); but I'm not sure they'll do anything about it unless a crime has been committed
