I wimped out, as decided I was too old in a room full of twenty somethings. But I acted like a middle aged pervy bloke taking pictures as everyone wanted pics to go home to their menfolk with.
Learnt the routines though...and boy do you need to be fit - my niece practically lives in the gym (marrying a personal trainer) and she was wiped out after two hours.
