They were THAT good

Better than the Clash, the Damned etc. Geldof was even more punk than the Sex Pistols - and he is still punk going against the mainstream of politics.

His book called 'Is That It' is the best book I have ever read and has helped me to make a few bob. He lived in squats etc. Lots to learn from it about how to make it.

Saw the Boomtown Rats without (Geldof) a few months ago and they were brilliant.
