There's a breakaway of 18 riders snorting 95% pure Bolivian while the peloton follows several minutes behind on the crack pipe. A few stragglers have dropped off the back of the peleton and are relaxing by the side of the road with a couple of spliffs and a carrier bag full of Mars bars and crisps.
