O'Neil would have left anyways... He was waiting for an excuse!

He is not that great of a manager - Celtic is hardly the hardest job on earth.

He wanted to get away to manage at Premiership level, and all this "I left, I stood upto Chase!" stuff doesn't cut it.

He was good, but I doubt he would have done much for us if he stayed.

The reason we are "successful" (ahem) now is due to Delia Smith... No manager could have done anything with Norwich City Football Club without Delia!
