I suppose it seems that way

but wouldn't the Historical Trust have been better off:

a) spending the money on subsidising one of them there dinners so REAL fans could afford to go?

b) buying the City shirts from the LC final v Villa that were on ebay a couple of weeks ago

than fitting and replacing a clock that has been replaced by an improved version and which is being fitted in a different location from the original?
