New fridge freezer arrives, door opens wrong side

"No problem", I think, having done this before. As I once-over the instructions I absent-mindedly remove one of the wee placcy covers where the door hinge is going when moved. It breaks as I remove it. I abandon the process before beginning.

Door will continue to open the wrong way forever.
