because unlike Murray Federer can actually attack when required (and he has never had any trouble with Roddick's serve). As in the French, Murray seems to have gotten himself into a mode where he is mentally incapable of taking the initiative - Roddick was allowed to dictate nearly every point. I know defensive play is murray's strength but there comes a point when it clearly isn't working when you have to take the initiative yourself and make the other guy run around. Right now Murray doesn't have that in his locker.
