The criticism is justified

It was a poor relaunch of her website which regardless of fault would have had to have been signed off by someone in her business.

If you employ the wrong people or are just poor at running a business then these things happen.

I accept at this site has its bugs but as I've spent very little time on it in 5 years or more and use free hosting then its hardly surprising.
