I was only pointing this out today, at wuck.

I dunno about anyone else but for some years now as I've grown older I've began to notice Life Landmarks, milestones as it were on the slippery rough track towards my grave. I remember the first one well - I worked for the same company for 18 yrs, and was stunned to meet a new starter who wasn't born when I started with the firm. It didn't help that she was gorgeous, either.

Anyway - Farrah Fawcett. She is, I think, though I confess I haven't spent too long eliminating other possibilities, but I *think* she's the first person to die over whom I've ever cracked one off.

Yeh: you're all either completely uninterested or horrified at that bit of news or, like a few I work with, you're wondering if it's true for you too.
