My choice of words was only a retorical twist on the post I responded to...

I am, of course, aware that all season ticket holders are in their full right to claim the rebate. But I think it is unfair to critisise Foulger for his commitment. In fact I think (my opinion only) that quite a few claimed their rebate BECAUSE of Foulgers offer. And that is in my humble opinion not the way to make a point.
