I am no expert on Africa just that

the majority of countries in Africa are run by corrupt evil governments who have cheated their people of proper education and any chance of a decent life for many many years.

If only they had top quality oil reserves as it would have been invaded by now and perhaps they would have decent schools, regular food and decent hygeine
