yeah i'm not sure that loans are so bad tho

they can be like normal signings in that you get in good and bad ones.

birmingham got promoted with a bunch of them, lita scored loads for us, and the majority of the side that played in the run in were our own. and our best player was perhaps lee, a loanee. we did overdo it on the loans, but it also comes down to plain and simple bringing in talent, not crap. and we've brought in a lot of crap be it loans or permanents the last few seasons.
