FAO OG: Rare.

It was quite ponced up - the bar area is quite nice with huge garden out the back with tables and bench seating. Oh, and a lovely deck with huge brollies.

The restaurant is really OTT - bright purple upholstery on modern upright chairs and black and silver wallpaper. Yes black and silver wallpaper!

I had beef skewers to start whilst the other half went for prawn and lingoustine cocktail which was on a plate not in a glass like something out of Abigail's Party.

I had a fillet for main, rare and cooked to perfection. Mrs mbk had steak also. We done chunky chips and sides of cauliflower au gratin and black carrots with suffen green.

The food was excellent, the servers young nubiles and the bill quite huge.

Would deffo go again for a special occasion - too pricey for me for a regular outing.
