Pens help required please gentlemen

For early September, am gonna need ;-

a) a broadband deal, no usage limits if possible but relatively cheap and reliable. Will be in the centre of Norwich and on a cabled street if necessary. I have my own router.

and

b) a mobile phone deal. Ideally as spangly a phone as poss for as little as poss monthly and as little up front as possible. This one would be good for July if poss.
