but my surprise wasn't really much to do with whether he's loads too good for us or not. I've never slagged him off (he never seems to be playing on those occasions when I see us play, for one thing.) Just that I'm a bit surprised by all this demand from La Liga.

Whereas, re Semi, I've always thought he's looked like a liability of a defender whenever I've seen him (admittedly much less often than most on here). Has always looked like he's out of position to me.
