I miss Thrushes

I was on the Bus home one night, and the driver hit an Owl, he was only halfway through his shift, so i said i'd take it home,
I did. I rung up the RSPB and they told me to put it in a box with some water. They came the next day (a very attractive RSPB girl) She told me it was a 'Scrabbler' - basically something that lives off the side of the road kill.

Can't remember the last time i saw a Thrush
