for reasons I have explained on here before, that does not make me racist, it doesn't matter whether the kid was a gypsy or not. He was under constant violent harrassment every week, in his own house. That is enough to break anyone let alone someone living by themselves in the middle of nowhere.

I fully support the movement that once a criminal breaks the law and steps into your house he should lose all rights and not be able to sue for slipping on a wet floor in a house he had no right to be in etc, and you should be able to protect yourself using all reasonable force. TM shot at his legs and hit his legs, he did not intend to kill him, and if he did he would still be in jail for murder, I do not advocate murder, just protection of ones property/life using reasonable force.

I understand why some people do not accept this view, but that is just it, it is a view, my view, and you are entitled to your view on the matter. It does not make me racist, and it is a childish argument you put forward saying that backers of TM were happy that the kid was a gypsy, I and about 99% of the sane, mature backers of this case never glorified the fact that he was a gypsy. IMHO he was a criminal who broke the law one too many times.
