Ofsted report for a school in Norwich gives hint as to BNP growth of support

I have this last week read an ofsted report of a primary school in Norwich , that had as it's good points

1 Children with special needs are well catered for
2 Children who do not speak English are excellently taught
3 Time is spent with minority groups to enhance the teaching given to them

However a paragraph at the end read
While all the minority gropups are excellently catered for , the children from stable backgrounds , who are keen to learn and behave well are not supported , because time cannot be given to them sufficiently

If a school in Norwich says that , then in a truly multi racial area , I can imagine why the BNP did well

I did not and can;t imagine ever , voting for the BNP , but if they capitalise on things like this then they are going to get support
