Get rid of the whole squad (apart from two), move part of the training to the Midlands, threaten to kick players all the way to Peterborough if they dont 'get it'.

Seems like he's doing the biz though - signed the top striker from last year's title winning team... the equivalent of us signing Ebanks-Blake for League 1...
