I was given strong pain killers with anti inflammatory...

for a pain I have at the top of my arm where the shoulder pads sit from my white 80's jacket - ala Miami Vice would be if I were wearing it!

They told me it would be a quarterzone (sp?) injection next

Mine occurred from the: sleeping on my arm at a funny angle sporting injury! but had it for over a month and it is as bad now!
