I don't no about the FM radio but this has been the most likely rumor so far,

ok the link has gone since last night. Basically the info was doing the Apple websites/blogs like mad last night. Now it's all disappeared in true Apple fashion which suggests to me that the person knew what they were talking about. The person said the new one is called Iphone Video, comes in 8GB, 16GB, 32GB, it has 3.2mp camera, same RAM as the current version, cosmetic changes such as matt black rubber backing.
