there's no 'best of a bad bunch' about new labour at all, and all these middle-class and champagne socialist that smugly proclaim 'well at least they're not that lot' and salve their own conscience by voting for the 'party of the downtrodden' are the worst of the lot, they're the ones that have enabled new labour to get away with far more than the tories could ever dream of
