He does say on his site, that essentially he uses cold reading.

"Just the vibrations hidden in a date of birth can be enough for me to come up with all sorts of amazing insights which can come to me as words or images. I can see things which are happening in the subject's life now or in the past. I then check with the subject how accurate my visions are so that it gives us some clues on the best way forward for the client."

That final sentence: definition of cold reading.

So it's no surprise that he said some things that were scarily accurate and some things that were way off: that's cold reading right there.

I've often wondered whether it's possible to unconsciously cold read someone - use all the tricks a cold reader uses, but without really knowing that you're doing it.

I'd love to meet him, sounds fascinating.
