Do you know, they - by which I mean Sceientists - they have done trials

and discovered that people who have higher levels of dairy calcium in their diets, excrete a higher proportion of the fat they eat than those with lower levels of calcium in their diets.

So if you up your lean dairy intake, you will lower the amount of fat you absorb from the rest of your diet.
