I welcomed Roeders attempt to reform the club assuming that

there was some kind of logic to it.

But the reserve team thing? They barely managed to arrange half a dozen games throughout the season.

And sacking the kit man? Most people I spoke to found that amusing. I mean what real benefit might that deliver? The guy had been at the club for years.

It seems to me that when you form a view that you have to stick to it no matter what. Maybe that is why you end up having rucks on here all the time. It is OK to change your mind.
