I don't think that Cureton's problem is a lack of confidence

He can't handle the pressure of wanting to succeed at Norwich. He tries to hard all the time instead of relaxing.

BTW I'm not trolling but have you accepted that you are wrong about your Norwich fans getting managers wrongly sacked argument?
