Clubs enter admin because, generally, a creditor forces them too.
They days of choosing it are largely gone with the points penalty.
Hence Saints determined effort to bluster that the football club had not entered admin.

We will not choose too, neither would 95% of clubs make that 'choice'.
Has nothing to do with what the owners want to get out of it, its simply too high a risk.
If no one comes forward to buy you, that's it.
Lock the doors, game over.
Who in their right minds would CHOOSE to take that gamble?
