Martinez proves to me that management in football is luck

Well, when he fails somewhere it will. Yeah he's done a good job at Swansea, but someone has to do a good job down in League One as some team has to come up. Does this then make them good enough for the Premier League? Who knows, but had he not had the luck to find Jason Scotland (and others I guess) he could have been a failure in his first (and only) job.

85% of it is to do with LUCK in my opinion.
