It goes back to importance of labelling which started this whole thread.
Aspirin is a herbally derived medicine but it is labelled as a 'normal' medicine.
Some 'alternative' medicines retain that label even though they have been 'scientifically' proven to have some efficacy.
However, even then, they don't suddenly become labelled 'conventional' despite the fact that they have been adopted by mainstream medicine.
I guess we are just at odds on this.
