I completely agree that we need to get behind the manager and give them time.

I also agree that the there has been a loss of patience at CR over the last few years and more booing / getting on players backs etc which doesn't help.

BUT - we have to get behind the right person. That is the problem.

I would have loved for Roeder to have worked out and had really mixed feelings about his sacking because I agree with you in some senses, but it is not the fans getting the managers sacked, they are doing it for themselves.
