Surely you are contradicting yourself? You agree that there are no managers that you would not have sacked yourself, but you are still going on about fan pressure and the board not giving people a chance.

I am not trying to have a go, I just think that you are wrong when you suggest that Norwich fans have got managers prematurely sacked. I can't think of one good example. Worthy was in fact the opposite. And Roeder got himself sacked by being rude to the fans and being unlucky with his risky strategy.

The main reason we are in Div 3 is lack of player continuity. We have had nearly a new team every season since the prem. No solid spine. No partnerships.

This has been caused by poor manager selection and lack of football oversight by the board, not by fans getting managers sacked.
