aye totally, and I think he's done himself a little

the way he talks about the people at work, and the way he is (firm but reasonable), it's perfectly plausible in a drunken situation, that he saw suggys name and thought, "alans one of a kind, work would be s**t without him, now back to calling my wife" and just didn't press one down to her name
