Of course it's a contract. Offer and acceptance = contract.

You could ask them to waive the additional money for the prem but couldn't make them because you accpeted their offer.

Like wise they can ask us to waive our rebate but can't make us.

Of course you can always walk away.

But is there a cut off date after which you have to pay the rest? And if you pay upfront can you send it back and get a refund?
