I actually quite like them, even this one.

Its bought something into sharp focus that's been niggling at me for a month or two.
Plus its a good chance for me to point out the issue, and have a chat about resolving it.
Its something that needs to involve, er, helping one of the team leaders, and i've struggled to do it myself.
So going through it with my boss (who is their boss)should help.
