Portsmouth to be taken over

Portsmouth are being taken over by Arabs from the UAE. It looks like the new owners are will be wanting compete at the highest level and attract stars like Manchester City have done recently, or maybe not!

Now why can't they buy city? Because we didn't want to challenge in the big old Premier League or cups, we wanted to settle for Championship, and we didn't even manage that!
