I'm entirely neutral.

If Barca win I will enjoy taking the mickey out of my Manc brother-in-law, if Man Utd win I'll enjoy the look on Platini's face as he hands the cup over to an English team, again.

As the game is played I will probably start to root for whichever team partakes in the least diving and blubbing, and that could easily go either way.
