Making a guy train with the youth team is just childish and pathetic.

Dropping someone becuase he feels he isn't good enough is just part of the managers role.
However, if you do that, you keep them in with the first team squad, and let them try and impress you.

You don't try and force them out, and piss off many of your sqaud at the same time when they see a mate being treated like s**t.
That's just idiotic.
