Thank god China is fairly stable and open (comparatively) these days.

Does the UN impose tighter sanctions now and risk fuelling the problem, or do you give concessions to appease them.
If you do that, is that licence to rattle the sabre every few years to get what they want?
Is it worth pissing off a nation with a fighting force of 1 million?

I'm glad I don't have to make these decisions.
