Premiership not just for the big boys

We now have Burnley, Hull, Blackburn, Portsmouth, Bolton, Stoke, Wigan and Fulham in the Premiership.

None of these clubs are particularly big or well supported.

Is it really too much to hope that with good management we could get back up and make a go of it?
