None of those three are closer to Hamleys than London Eye Pier...

...you're pretty much at the London Eye at the end of Regent Street (not Oxford Circus end).

If the weather's good do Hamleys on Regent Street then have a wander round The Mall to see Buckingham Palace, down Birdcage Walk towards the Thames, past Westminster and Big Ben, over Westminster bridge and to the Eye (or Waterloo station).

The Aquarium's just next to the Eye too, and has just had refurbishment work - might be of interest.
