sweet, the coaching for kids is amazing over there compared to here.

Some of my friends over there have kids who play for their local village team. The kids are only about 8/9 years old but they'd play most sunday league teams off the park. The training is done properly, the facilities are first class, they are taught about the importance of a good diet. I used to go watch the kids play because they were taught that all of the different age groups should go and watch each other play. They all used to sit in the stands and watch us play. Just found a yootoob of the team I played for. Similar in level to Wroxham town:
