sorry but more geek help required

thought i'd be clever and hoover out my PC today, as it was full of s**te. now it doesn't work. i was carefull whilst hoovering etc.

now when i plug the PC in the light on the back and the on/off button flash like the power can't get through. any ideas? also does anyone know anyone cheap who would fix this?

ps this is a serious post, currently on my work laptop
