Talking about Vikings, there was a drama doco on a few nights ago, over two nights, called

1066: Battle for Middle Earth, and it was right good. Dramtisations of the battles at Fulford and Stamford Bridge against the Vikingr and then against the Normans at Hastings. Fucking brilliant - they looked like they'd really done their homework.

It'll be on the Channel Fourses iPlayer thing, I reckon.
