Bit of advice..

I've been at my company 3 years. Get paid fairly well and everyone seems to like me but the company is on the slide and haven't given me a payrise this year and I know for a fact that a couple of other similar companies are interested in my services. I know if I left, I wouldn't have to give any notice but I know some of my customers would be a bit disappointed if I f**ked off as I wasn't that great in my first year.

The main thing is though, I'm not a local round these parts and I could be earning a lot more money closer to home. Do you think I'm doing the right thing by leaving?
