Need Help. Anyone know of a good, cheap B&B in the city?

I used to stay at one in Aylsham Road but I think they packed it in. The travelodge is okay, but what you save on the price of the room, you spend on parking and you have to pay extra for breakfast. Would prefer one that's more 'homely'. Any help gratefully received.
