Only been once but 'Old' Ibiza town is really nice, quite-ish with plenty of restaurants

There are also lots of beaches where you can get away from it. I don't think you can escape the mentalism completely, but it's quite a good laugh for a bit

Make sure you take a sturdy pair of flip-flops incase you decide to hire a moped.
